Paper Submission
Authors are invited to submit original, unpublished research papers on topics related to biomedical signal and image processing. All submitted conference papers will be blind peer reviewed by two competent reviewers.
Submission Guidelines
Paper Format
Papers must be prepared according to the following formatting guidelines:
- Official language is English in paper writing and presenting.
- Maximum length: 4-5 pages in double columns/8-10 in single columns, including all figures, tables, and references. Additional pages will be charged.
- Paper format: MS Word format or PDF.
Notes
ICBIP is utterly intolerant of plagiarism. Submitted papers are expected to contain original work executed by the authors with adequate, proper and scholarly citations to the work of others. It is the job of the authors to clearly identify both their own contribution(s) and also published results / techniques on which they depend or build. Reviewers are charged to ensure these standards are met.

Paper Submission and Review Process
All submitted conference papers will be blind peer reviewed by two competent reviewers. The review process will consider:
- The Topic’s Conformity
- The Coverage of the Topic
- The Contents: Innovation; Integrality; The "Literary" Presentation; The Technical Depth
- The Overall Organization
- English
Camera-Ready Submission
Authors of accepted papers will be required to submit the camera-ready version of their paper by the camera-ready deadline. The camera-ready version should incorporate the reviewers' comments and suggestions.
Camera-Ready Requirements
- Final PDF version of the paper
- Completed and signed copyright form
- Source files (Word or LaTeX) if requested
Presentation
At least one author of each accepted paper must register for the conference and present the paper. Presentations can be either oral or poster, as determined by the program committee.
Oral Presentation
- Duration: 13 minutes presentation + 2 minutes Q&A
- Format: PowerPoint or PDF slides
- Aspect ratio: 16:9 recommended
Poster Presentation
- Poster size: A1 size (594mm*840mm), portrait orientation
