Publication
All submitted conference papers will be blind peer reviewed by two competent reviewers. The accepted and registered papers can be published in the following conference proceedings or journal:
Conference Proceedings
ICBIP 2026 International Conference Proceedings, indexed by Compendex and Scopus.
Journal of Image and Graphics
Journal of Image and Graphics (JOIG, ISSN: 2301-3699), which will be included in Scopus, Google Scholar, Crossref, CNKI, etc.
Paper Submission and Review Process
All submitted conference papers will be blind peer reviewed by two competent reviewers. The review process will consider:
- The Topic’s Conformity
- The Coverage of the Topic
- The Contents: Innovation; Integrality; The "Literary" Presentation; The Technical Depth
- The Overall Organization
- English
Copyright
Authors of accepted papers will be required to sign a copyright form. The copyright will be transferred to the publisher, who will publish the proceedings/journal.
A. Full Paper (for Presentation with Publication)
Accepted full paper will be invited to give the oral/poster presentation at the conference and be published in the conference proceedings or journal.
B. Abstract (Presentation only)
Accepted abstract will be invited to give the oral/poster presentation at the conference, and the presentation will not be published.
