Authors can attend the conference with paper publication or without publication. For paper publication, full paper should be submitted. For presentation only, abstract should be submitted.

Publication

All submitted conference papers will be blind peer reviewed by two competent reviewers. The accepted and registered papers can be published in:

International Conference Proceedings by ACM (ISBN: 979-8-4007-0769-8), which will be archived in ACM Digital Library, indexed by Ei Compendex and Scopus, and submitted to be reviewed by Thomson Reuters Conference Proceedings Citation Index (ISI Web of Science).

Or

Journal of Image and Graphics (JOIG, ISSN: 2301-3699), which will be included in Scopus, Google Scholar, Crossref, CNKI, etc.

It is required that each paper should be presented in the conference in oral or poster. One Best Oral/Poster Presentation will be selected from each session and the Award will be announced at the end of each session.

A. Full Paper (for Presentation with Publication)
Accepted full paper will be invited to give the oral/poster presentation at the conference and be published in the conference proceedings or journal.
B. Abstract (Presentation only)
Accepted abstract will be invited to give the oral/poster presentation at the conference, and the presentation will not be published.

 

Submission Guidelines
A. Official language is English in paper writing and presenting. Your paper can be submitted either in MS Word format or PDF. Normally, the paper submitted for conference proceedings should be 8-10 pages (in single column) including all figures, tables, and references, the paper submitted for journal should be 5-8 pages including all figures, tables, and references. Additional pages will be charged.

B. ICBIP is utterly intolerant of plagiarism. Submitted papers are expected to contain original work executed by the authors with adequate, proper and scholarly citations to the work of others. It is the job of the authors to clearly identify both their own contribution(s) and also published results / techniques on which they depend or build. Reviewers are charged to ensure these standards are met.
