Authors can attend the conference with paper publication or without publication. For paper publication, full paper should be submitted. For presentation only, abstract should be submitted.
All submitted conference papers will be blind peer reviewed by three competent reviewers. The accepted and registered papers can be published in:
Option A: International Conference Proceedings by ACM (ISBN: 978-1-4503-7224-4), which will be archived in ACM Digital Library, indexed by Ei Compendex and Scopus, and submitted to be reviewed by Thomson Reuters Conference Proceedings Citation Index (ISI Web of Science).
Optional B: Journal of Image and Graphics (JOIG, ISSN: 2301-3699), which will be included in Ulrich's Periodicals Directory, Google Scholar, Crossref, Engineering & Technology Digital Library and Electronic Journals Digital Library.
One Best Presentation will be selected in each session and the Best Award will be announced at the end of each session.
A. Full Paper (for Presentation with Publication)
Accepted full paper will be invited to give the oral/poster presentation at the conference and be published in the conference proceedings or journal.
B. Abstract (Presentation only)
Accepted abstract will be invited to give the oral/poster presentation at the conference, and the presentation will not be published.
A. Official language is English in paper writing and presenting. Your paper can be submitted either in MS Word format or PDF. Normally, the paper should be 5-8 pages including all figures, tables, and references. Additional pages will be charged.
B. ICBIP is utterly intolerant of plagiarism. Submitted papers are expected to contain original work executed by the authors with adequate, proper and scholarly citations to the work of others. It is the job of the authors to clearly identify both their own contribution(s) and also published results / techniques on which they depend or build. Reviewers are charged to ensure these standards are met.
